Easter Course 2024

European Fellowship have a yearly training course at Easter for 18 - 25 year olds. Around 30 young people from around Europe gather to exchange games and learn about the years theme.

In 2024 it will be held in Transylanvia hosted by IKE - the Hungarian YMCA in Romania.

Hand in Hand, Conflict transformation

Reaching peaceful and healthy societies with conflict transformation.

The course is built around the main topic of conflict transformation. There will also be a day dedicated to mental health and discrimination, topics that will be discussed with experts/guest speakers.

The draft program includes icebreakers, team building, sessions about cultural differences, active listening and body language, group dynamics, Conflict resolution Vs Conflict transformation, Understanding conflict, conflict analysis, conflict theory, roles in conflict transformation and a visit to nearby Hunedoara.

The Small Print

 

 

23rd to 30th March 2024

 

FDF has 5 spaces for participants, including a group leader who will coorindate the common transport.

This course costs 500kr. This covers your transport, food and accommdodation for the course.

Participants profile:

All participants are aged 18-25 years old. They can communicate in English and are open to trying new things, sharing their experience and expertise as a youth leader.
